Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. *We do not guarantee shipping times.
Important message about the worldwide COVID-19 situation: on behalf of everyone at PrimaBreed, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. As always we are focused on the health and safety of our employees, customers and their lovely dogs. PrimaBreed is a small family owned business and we are shipping orders normally. Please be assured that as individuals we are all practicing social distancing, frequently washing our hands, frequently sanitizing our equipment, and making sure the products we ship are clean and safe.
Due to these security measures, which currently take place everywhere internationally at all companies, there are delays in the delivery of our packages. We guarantee that you will receive your parcel – if your parcel is affected by a delay, we kindly ask for your understanding.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
PrimaBreed.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to sender however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at email@example.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status.
Shipping Plus Service Terms
If your package does not arrive, arrives damaged or was stolen, our shipping protection will protect you. Either we will reimburse you for the cost of the ordered items or you will receive a new delivery. The price of shipping protection and taxes are not included.
Lost items terms
What are lost items?
If the tracking status is not “delivered” and at least 35 days have passed since the order was placed. Please contact our protection team at Support@PrimaBreed.com after 35 days have passed since the order was placed.
If the address is incorrect.
Sometimes a package cannot be delivered due to a wrong address. In this case the package will be returned to PrimaBreed. In this case the package is not lost, please contact the PrimaBreed customer support Support@PrimaBreed.com
If only part of the order was delivered
If an item is missing in an undamaged package, please contact the customer support of PrimaBreed firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order got stuck in customs.
It is not a protected case if the shipment gets stuck in customs. Here you pay the customs fees to receive your package.
If the order is shown as “delivered” but has not yet been delivered.
Please wait 5 business days after the last update to open a case.
Stolen Item Terms
If the status is “delivered” but the package is not here / has been stolen we need a police report including the following: I have ordered a package from PrimaBreed and have purchased a shipping protection from PrimaBreed, this department needs the police report. From the status “delivered” the police report has to be provided within 14 days to our staff.
Then you can open a case and send us the report and your order number.
A falsified police report can and will result in legal consequences.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but has not actually arrived and there is no evidence that it has been stolen, please wait 5 days after the “delivery date”, but no longer than 14 days, to ensure that it has not been misdelivered or found by anyone.
If a delivery was made to a wrong address.
If the delivery address in the checkout at PrimaBreed was entered correctly but the package was delivered to a wrong address you can open a case.
Damaged Item Terms
When a product arrives damaged.
We replace the items for you if they are defective or damaged. Please send a picture of the defective or damaged item within 24 hours after delivery to email@example.com for inspection.
Customers who have opted to the Shipping Plus Services will be disburdened from return costs for damaged products within the guarantee period of 30 days. Upon information about a damaged product, the customer has to provide photos of the damaged product and PrimaBreed is entitled to request return of the product on their own cost or waive this right and replace the damaged product without return.
If you have accidentally purchased the Shipping Plus Service:
If the package has not yet been shipped, we can credit you the Shipping Plus Service amount by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
If the package is already on the way, we have your shipment also protected in this case we can no longer credit the amount.
